The scenery is beautiful with my villa facing the sea.

The food varieties can be improved for lunch and dinner.

No shops and mall nearby, only resort restaurant and bar which is expensive. However, this is reasonable since it is beside sea and near to ferry terminal

The place is very nice ...you can see the sea from the room balcony. The resort is clean and the staff very friendly. A truly relaxing place.the food and restaurant are super. We had a great time. Will come again.

The guests in the next room are making noise at midnight..can hear the tv sound so loud from the next room . Which makes us not comfortable . Especially at 3am in the morning. It causes headaches in the morning due to not having enough proper sleep .

I loved the water activities, view, hammock, swimming pool and paint ball games very much. Safety and facilities are excellent. Can spend more time at the resort. Worth for money.

The cleanliness was quite disappointed, Our room was a wooden room, so We had alot of noices while walking and the door sounds are like some one knocking the door. Otherwise all fine.

For the price paid, while the facilities was ok and reasonable. the view was amazing but the best was the all employees from the front desk, drivers, housekeeping and restaurant.

check your bed for creepy crawlies and the room looks a bit dated. Shout out to Danu who was super friendly and giving us great recommendations and going the extra mile for us. ️ would come back for the service

very spacious and cozy, nature friendly. family friendly, brought my 4months old baby and we really enjoyed it

deluxe rooms are too far and really need the shuttle to go back and forth

Quiet environment

Water tap or shower spray water not consistent, water pump is weak, always turning on and off.

Staff was very courteous. SPA therapist were good. Deck bar was nice. Landscaping was well maintained. Shuttle service to Sekupang is an advantage.

Wifi was a disaster. No TV connection. Limited choice of food. Information about the taxes and service charges were not mentioned clearly at SPA.

Complimentary pick up and drop off from ferry terminal to hotel and vice versa. I love the balcony, best scenery in Batam! All staffs are very friendly and polite. Place is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect for family.

Not much food options. House/rooms a bit old, needs renovation.

I stayed in the two person room but im a solo traveller. The room is great, no complaints from me. Has a mini bar and the bed is comfortable. The view is wonderful with the Singapore skyline in the background. The breakfast is okay but i quite like the black coffee though. Now the Bar by the sea is wonderful. The food there is fantastic. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it. The place is a little out of the way so if you are thinking of going out, you should either rent a car or a driver.

A good bed, a great hot shower and the view. On a clear day you can see Singapore and the ships going in and out it's harbour. Furthermore, you can eat at the resort from breakfast till dinner.

The double room with sea view is very small. The bed is against the bureau which has the fridge on top. Not great. In one house, there are two rooms. The wall between the 2 should have better acoustic protection, because you literally hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors, even if those were quiet people (conversation word by word, snoring etc.). The hotel must be aware of this, because besides a toothbrush, soap etc, this is the first hotel I ever stayed in where EARPLUGS are provided...

I got the villa this time because I was with my family. Room had 2 bedrooms with 1 toilet in each room. Room was clean and service was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was worth the money. My family was impressed at the place. Would definitely come back another time.

Wood of the floor were old and squeaky. It’s difficult to walk silently at night. The fan in the living room was not working. Can get a few mosquitoes in the balcony at night if it’s not windy.

The location was good with a nice view across to Singapore especially when the bar eventually opened at 4.30 during and after sundown. The outdoor bar was fun and had good bar food. The restaurant was very good and the food reasonably priced and delicious The spa was also good

The property was largely what we expected for a cheap getaway but there were a number of disappointing elements that lets the resort down. They are clearly renovating and there was building work going on all weekend which didn’t make it very relaxing to lie by the pool. There was no outdoor seating area except the bar which was shut until 4.30. Otherwise sun loungers only. Why the seating couldn’t have been available despite the bar not being open I didn’t quite understand There were no soaps or hand wash in any bathrooms that I saw - which considering the virus outbreak is staggering. Unfortunately the excellent restaurant food was let down by a dining room that had zero atmosphere. All tables were to seat 8 people which meant a couple sitting down to lunch or breakfast would feel in less than intimate surroundings Finally despite signs at the hotel pool saying “hotel guests only” there were frequent visitors coming and going walking past to take in the view and we had a large group come to do some jet skiing there - all loudly mucking around at the pool whilst they waited their turn on the jet ski. The staff clearly didn’t bother to police the hotel residents only rule! It just meant it was a lot less relaxing than it should have been.

Staff are super lovely. They helped my elderly mother moves around. Mr Muhammad Jabar, we will miss you, you are #1. Al fresco dining/bar is relaxing, sea shore just beneath you. Sea views/sun sets are great.

Wardrobe and toilet basin have odd smell. After prolonged of leaving wardrobe door opened and air freshener underneath the basin, were much better. Air conditioner location is odd, above door entrance, louver is not moving, hence room is only cooling when be in front of the air con and lucky the bed is there too.

The resort is so near to the ferry terminal & staff is super friendly. I reached there early & was able to check in early.

The resort should have more facilities for the guest eg. Gym, live band for the weekend night, pool table, karaoke room, mini mart etc.

Services, facilities, rooms, etc.

No much to complain except they charged us 4cups of hot water at 15000rp per cup (non-fillable) after we spent more than 4mil rp on our 2nd night dinner at its seafood restn. It will be nice if they had informed us. Really ruined our dinner experience.

The view was good

The restaurant was not in operation / renovation. We had to eat every day at the pool bar There were no places to see / other places to eat.
